Terms and Conditions

Our Services:

You can find our services and packages under the Services tab on our website. We offer Social Media Management, Content Creation, Brand Development, Social Media Marketing, and bespoke packages tailored to your business needs.

*All packages require a minimum 3-month contract.

Payment Conditions:

Before we begin, please book a free Discovery Call on our website. After the call, you will sign the contract and we will email you an invoice for the agreed amount. Payment is due within 10 business days. If payment is not received, we will send a reminder. If payment is not made within three weeks, we will terminate our services.

Confidentiality Agreements:

Your personal and sensitive information, including business details, client names, passwords, and other confidential data shared with Coastal Waves Social Media Management and Marketing, will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. We will get your written consent before using your business name or likeness in any social media promotional material or content.

*Our business is fully insured with AAMII Business Insurance.

*Coastal Waves Social Media Management & Marketing has an active Australian Business Number (ABN). Our business is also registered with the Australian Securities and Investment Commissions (ASIC).

Intellectual Property Rights:

All social media posts, Canva designs, branding designs and content creation created under our contract are your property.

Refund Policy:

After signing the contract, you have three weeks to settle the outstanding invoice. If you have paid and notify us at least a week before services commence that you wish to cancel, you are entitled to a 70% refund. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, no refund will be issued. This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Termination of Services:

As previously stated, all packages require a minimum 3-month contract. However, if you wish to terminate our services before this period, please provide at least 1 week's notice. If we determine that our values do not align, we will notify you by email and refund any payments for work not completed.
